Phil's comment. There has been so much misinformation and emotionally charged rhetoric surrounding this countries health care system and our effort to improve it that it seems an impossible task. Yet there has been a bill simmering in congress since 2007 that has large bipartisan support it is called the "Healthy Americans Act" .
